ARTICLE VIII
Use Provisions Applicable to All Districts
§ 265-8.1 Accessory uses.
In all districts, a use accessory to the uses authorized, either by right or upon a special permit after a hearing, may be made, except as expressly limited in this bylaw, and, in the case of a use authorized upon a special permit, as expressly limited in such permit.
§ 265-8.2 Compliance with other requirements.
Authority under this bylaw to make a particular use of real estate shall not dispense with the requirement of some other bylaw, rule or regulation requiring a permit, license or other authority to make such use.
§ 265-8.3 Earth removal.
§ 265-8.4 Outside storage.
A.
Waste materials shall be stored in closed containers. Waste containers, compressors, and/or compactors, or other waste material which cannot be stored within a building shall be screened on all sides by an opaque fence or wall a minimum of six feet high. All outside storage of waste material shall be in the rear of the building in conformance with the applicable set back requirements of the zoning district in which they are built.
