HEALTH AND SANITATION

Sec. 30-26. - Supervision.
Pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 25-1-506, as amended, the Local Health Department exercises general supervision over health matters within its jurisdiction, which extends to and includes the city.

Sec. 30-27. - Powers and duties.
The Local Health Department may exercise its powers and duties within the city in accordance with Colo. Rev. Stat. § 25-1-506 et seq, as amended.
