Any person, whether an owner, lessee, principal, agent, employee or otherwise, who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Zoning Code, who permits any such violation, or who erects, constructs, alters, enlarges, converts, moves or uses any building or land in violation of any detailed statement or plan submitted by him or her and approved under this Zoning Code, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
