On a corner lot in the R1, R2, SP and B1 districts nothing shall be erected, placed, planted or allowed to grow in such a manner as to materially impede vision between a height of two-and-a-half and 10 feet above the centerline grades of intersecting streets in the area bounded by the street lines of such corner lots and a line joining points along said street lines 30 feet from the point of intersection.

In the R1 and R2 districts, a three-foot setback from the side and rear property lines shall be maintained and the yard or area around the pool shall be enclosed by a protective fence not less than five feet in height.
