In all zoning districts covered by this chapter, the loading and unloading of trucks and all other vehicles shall be conducted in such a manner that no part of said truck or vehicle or the operations of the loading or unloading shall extend onto the adjacent sidewalk or roadway or, in any other manner, hinder or impede the use thereof.

Off-street parking facilities shall be provided in the various individual zoning districts as are required by the specific articles on zoning districts in § 202-12. This section is not intended to regulate parking, but is intended to regulate the provision of off-street parking in the interest of the safety and general welfare of the community.
