The N-1 Institutional District is designed for larger scale institutional users such as schools and parks. The regulation of such uses is intended to be flexible to accommodate the varied nature of such uses.

   (A)   Parks; and

   Any construction (other than construction on an existing structure that does not expand the footprint of such structure), change of use or other change with respect to the use of property in the N-1 District shall be subject to approval by the Village Board pursuant to the special use process described in § 153.267.
