The village has established the following districts:
(A) Residential districts, being:
(1) R-1 and R-1a: Single-Family Residential District;
(2) R-2 and R-2a: Two-Family Residential District; and
(3) R-3: Multiple-Family Residential District.

(2) B-1: Central Business District;
(3) B-2: General Business District;
(4) I-1: Light Industrial District; and
(5) I-2: General Industrial District.

§ 153.021 DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
The boundaries of these districts are hereby established as shown on the Official Zoning Map of the village, which accompanies this chapter as Appendix B, and which map with all notations, references and other information shown thereon shall be as much a part of this chapter as if fully described herein.

§ 153.022 DISTRICT BOUNDARIES INTERPRETED.
Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the various districts as shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
(A) Boundaries indicated as approximately following the center lines of streets, highways or alleys shall be construed to follow such center lines;
(B) Boundaries indicated as approximately following platted lot lines shall be construed as following such lines;
(C) Boundaries indicated as approximately following village limits shall be construed as following village limits;
(D) Boundaries indicated as parallel to or extensions of features indicated in divisions (A) through (C) above shall be so construed. Distances not specifically indicated on the Official Zoning Map shall be determined by the scale of the map.
(E) Where physical or natural features existing on the ground are at variance with those shown on the Official Zoning Map, or in other circumstances not covered by divisions (A) through (D) above, the Zoning Board shall interpret the district boundaries; and
(F) Insofar as some or all the various districts may be indicated on the Zoning Map by patterns which, for the sake of map clarity, do not cover public rights-of-way, it is intended that such district boundaries do extend to the center of any public right-of-way.

§ 153.023 ZONING OF ANNEXED AREAS.
Whenever any area is annexed to the village the following condition will apply: Land that is zoned previous to annexation shall be classified as being in whichever district of this chapter most closely conforms with the zoning that existed prior to annexation, such classification to be recommended by the Zoning Board to the Village Board and the Village Board shall approve the same by resolution.

§ 153.024 ZONING OF VACATED AREAS.
Whenever any street, alley or other public way, within the village shall be vacated, such street, alley or other public way or portion thereof, shall automatically be classified in the same zoning district as the property to which it attaches. In those instances where a street, alley or other public way serves as a zoning district boundary and is vacated, the center line of such vacated street, alley or public way shall be considered the zoning district boundary.

§ 153.025 MAIN STRUCTURES AND USES.
In no case other than in planned developments shall there be more than one main or principal structure, or main or principal use in one lot or other tract of land.
