It shall be unlawful within the city limits for more than one mobile home to be parked on an area of less than 15,000 square feet per mobile home.

Should a mobile home lot be abandoned for a period of one year or more, no mobile home shall be moved on the lot unless all laws and ordinances in effect at that time are complied with.

No mobile home shall be located within 20 feet of an adjoining property line or 20 feet from any other structure.

Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter shall be fined for each and every day any provision of this chapter may be violated, and/or the owner or operator of the premises in violation shall be sentenced as set forth in section 1-1-5.
