ARTICLE VIII

- AREA, YARD AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS

This article is established to show the minimum size, width, and height requirements for the land uses within each designated district. At all times be it understood that the minimum lot sizes cited in this article shall be increased in all individual situations where the county sanitarian advises (requires) a larger lot size for proper septic tank operation.

Sec. 8.2. - Duplexes and apartments.

Duplexes and apartments may be placed on lots in a cluster type arrangement provided that the lots are zoned for such use and the building and lot areas comply with the requirements of section 8.1.

Sec. 8.3. - Minimum yard requirements, minimum square footage per dwelling unit, and maximum building heights.

*Front building line shall conform to the average building line in a developed block, but in any event no less than the indicated distance.

**On corner lots in a commercial or industrial district which abuts a residential district, there shall be a required side yard on the side street equal in depth to the required front yard of the residential district.
