SUMMARY OF ZONING REGULATIONS
(1)
Fourteen thousand (14,000) square feet for tri-plexes; sixteen thousand (16,000) square feet for four-plexes; and buildings for more than four (4) dwellings shall not exceed twenty (20) dwelling units per gross acre.
(2)
Minimum setback from park property line is twenty-five (25) feet.
(3)
None, unless the side of the lot abuts land zoned residential in which case there shall be a side yard of at least ten (10) feet. If a side yard is not required but is provided, however, it shall be at least ten (10) feet in width.
(4)
None, unless the rear of the lot abuts land zoned residential in which case there shall be a rear yard of at least twenty-five (25) feet. If a rear yard is not required but is provided, however, it shall be at least ten (10) feet in depth.
(5)
None, unless the side of the lot abuts land zoned residential in which case there shall be a side year of at least twenty (20) feet. If a side yard is not required but is provided, however, it shall be at least ten (10) feet in width.
(6)
Unless the side and/or rear of the lot abuts land zoned residential in which case there shall be a side and/or rear yard of at least fifty (50) feet.
