In case of conflict between this article, or any part thereof, and the whole or any part of any other existing ordinance, the other ordinance shall be repealed to the extent of any such inconsistency. Ordinance No. 74-17 is repealed; and all existing zoning regulations now effective in the unincorporated area of the county are repealed, with the exception of those zoning regulations governing the area within the Deltona Lakes CDP, and those requirements and regulations contained in any other CDP orders or resolutions pertaining to other legally defined areas, all of which are hereby expressly reenacted, confirmed, ratified and continued in effect as they existed prior to the effective date hereof.

Should any section or provision of this article or the application of any provision of this article be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this article.
