The future right-of-way of the proposed thoroughfare shall be that portion of the following described property located within the City of Waconia:

That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 116 North, Range 25 West, lying 40 feet on either side of the following described centerline: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 23: Thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 56 minutes and 09 seconds West, along the South line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1308.34 feet and said centerline there terminating.

and

That part of the South Half of Section 24, Township 116 North, Range 25 West, lying 40 feet on either side of the following described centerline: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 24: Thence on an assumed bearing of North 87 degrees 58 minutes 12 seconds East, along the South line of said North Half of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 1346.48 feet and said centerline there terminating.

The official map of the City of Waconia transportation plan is amended to include Sheets 1 and 2 of Map No. 10486 as prepared by the Carver County Surveyor and relating to the proposed centerline.
