Within any business, mixed use or industrial district, a building, structure or lot shall only be used for the uses indicated in the Table of Use Regulations for the specific district in which it is located on the Zoning Map and in accordance with the particular classification of that use in that district. Further, any such building, structure or lot shall only be utilized in conformance with the provisions of the Table of Dimensional Regulations. In addition, such use shall also comply with all other applicable provisions of this chapter. Finally, uses within the MX (Mixed Use) District shall also comply with the Mixed Use District Design Guidelines, and uses in the B-3 Business District shall comply with the Historic Downtown Design Guidelines for the Village of Walden, both of which are annexed hereto and made a part of this chapter.
