This Code constitutes a publication of the Land Development Ordinance of Walton County, Georgia.

Source materials used in the preparation of the publication were the Walton County Land Development Code, as updated through January 2024, and subsequent ordinances. The source of each new section is included in the history note appearing in parentheses at the end thereof. The absence of such a note indicates that the section is part of the Land Development Code, as adopted in 2016. By use of the comparative tables appearing in the back of this publication, the reader can locate any section of the Code, as updated.
