Status Provisions
Whenever the provisions of this title impose more restrictive regulations than are required in or under any other statute, the provisions of these regulations shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any other statute require more restrictive regulations than are required by these regulations, the provisions of such more restrictive statute shall govern. Should any chapter, section or provision of this title be declared invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such declarations shall not affect the validity of these regulations as a whole or any part thereof which is not specifically declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
