(B) Repair and maintenance services;
(C) Offices and professional services;
(D) Eating and drinking establishments;
(E) Bowling allies, pool halls, video game arcades;
(F) Accessory uses;
(G) Community/governmental buildings and public parks; and
(H) Housing above the first floor.

(A) Fast food and drive-in establishments;
(B) Convenience stores;
(C) Automobile and implement sales;
(D) Gas stations and auto repair, excluding salvage yards;
(E) Lumber yards and warehousing;
(F) Single and multiple family dwellings;
(G) Utility structures; and
(H) Other uses as determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission to be similar in scope and intensity to those listed above.

(A) Because of the nature of the C-1 Zone, there arc no lot size setback requirements except where the zone abuts a residential zone in which case the following standards apply: Side and rear yards - 30 feet.
(B) Outside storage shall be fenced or screened.
(C) The C-1 zone is mainly comprised of commercial buildings.
