§ 152.081 PERMITTED USES.
(A) Any use permitted in the C-1 Zone;
(B) Gas stations;
(C) Convenience stores;
(D) Implement and farm service stores; and
(E) New and used automobile sales and services.

§ 152.082 CONDITIONAL USES.
(A) Fast food and drive-in establishments;
(B) Lumber yards and warehousing;
(C) Motels;
(D) Single- and multiple-family dwellings; and
(E) Other uses as determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission to be similar in scope and intensity to those listed above.

(A) Front yard - minimum 30 feet;
(B) Side and rear yard - 10 feet minimum except where commercial abuts a residential use in which case the minimum is 20 feet;
(C) Lot area - 15,000 square feet;
(D) Lot width - 100 feet;
(E) Outside storage - these areas shall be fenced and shall relate to an ongoing commercial activity;
(F) Parking - there shall be ample off-street parking to accommodate traffic generated by the business; and
