Enforcement: The building inspector, code enforcement officer, or planning director is hereby designated and authorized to enforce this ordinance.

Building permits: Each application for a building permit shall be accompanied by a plat in duplicate, drawn to scale, showing the actual dimensions of the lot to be built upon, the size, shape and location of the building to be erected and such other information as may be necessary to provide for the enforcement of this ordinance. A record of such applications and plats shall be kept in the office of the city clerk. Where application is made to enlarge an existing non-conforming use, the application shall be accompanied by an affidavit giving the description of the premises owned at the date of the passage of this ordinance.
