§ 225-75 Violations and penalties.

Any person or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before any District Magistrate, pay a penalty of not less than $10 and not more than $500, with costs, for each separate violation; and in default of payment of the penalty and costs, the person convicted may be sentenced and committed to the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days. Each day that a violation is continued shall constitute a separate offense. All fines collected for said zoning violations shall be paid to the Borough of Westmont.
