1. | Whenever there is more than one use conducted on any one premises, parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the combined requirements of each use as shown in the above schedule or as approved by the Planning Board or as otherwise indicated in this chapter. | |
2. | Drive-through lanes and windows for banks and other uses, where permitted, shall be provided with room for queuing of 10 automobiles for each drive-through lane and/or window. | |
3. | The inclusion of any use in this table is not meant to imply it is a permitted use in the Borough. See the applicable sections of this chapter for the enumeration of permitted uses. | |
4. | Alternative residential parking standards shall be accepted if the applicant demonstrates these standards better reflect local conditions. Factors affecting minimum number of parking spaces include household characteristics, availability of mass transit, urban versus suburban location, and available off-site parking resources. 5. | A one-car garage and driveway combination shall count as two off-street parking spaces, provided the driveway measures a minimum of 18 feet in length between the face of the garage door and the right-of-way. A two-car garage and driveway combination shall count as 3.5 off-street parking spaces, provided a minimum parking area width of 20 feet is provided for a minimum length of 18 feet as specified for a one-car garage and driveway combination.
