29 - ZONING DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED
Sections:
In order to classify, regulate, restrict and segregate the use of land and the location, use, bulk and height of structures, and to carry out the purposes of this title, eleven land use districts as shown on the land use plan are established as follows:
A.
Residential Districts.
1.
A-R agricultural-residential;
2.
R-E rural estates;
3.
E-1 first estates district;
4.
R-1 single family residential district;
5.
R-1-Z single family residential/zero lot line district;
6.
R-2 two-family residential district;
7.
R-3 multiple-family and professional office district;
8.
MHP mobile home park residential district;
B.
Nonresidence Districts.
1.
N-C neighborhood commercial district;
2.
G-C general commercial district;
3.
M-L commercial/light manufacturing district;
4.
M-1 industrial estates district;
5.
P-D planned development district;
6.
P-F public facilities district;
7.
P-R parks-recreation district;
8.
A-E adult entertainment.
