Public schools, parks, playgrounds and recreational facilities, i.e. swimming pools, tennis courts, golf courses;
C.
Public fairgrounds and related activities;
D.
Public buildings; libraries, convention center facilities;
E.
Airports and accessory uses.

Accessory uses and buildings customarily appurtenant to an allowed use.

The following uses are prohibited:
A.
Industrial and commercial uses not addressed as allowed or requiring approval of a special use permit.
B.
Medical marijuana establishments as provided in WMC 17.21.130.
C.
Recreational marijuana establishments as provided in WMC 17.21.130.

Penal, correctional or detention institutions;
B.
Public facilities for the care of mentally and/or physically handicapped patients; group homes;
C.
Public corporation yards, shops, repair and storage yards and buildings;
D.
Animal shelters or pounds;
E.
Cemeteries.

Lot area: no minimum lot size.
B.
Yard requirements:
1.
Front yard: 10 feet.
2.
Side yard: 10 feet.
3.
Rear yard: 10 feet.
