Zoning Map; District Boundaries
§ 530-21 Zoning Map.

The boundaries of these districts are hereby established as shown on the map titled "Zoning Map of the Borough of Wood-Ridge," dated June 1, 2016, and prepared by Ken Nelson, P.P., Planning Consultant, which accompanies and is hereby made a part of this chapter.[1]

§ 530-22 Interpretation of boundaries. [1]
District boundary lines are intended to follow street center lines, streams and lot or property lines as they exist on July 19, 1982, unless otherwise indicated by dimensions on the Zoning Map. The exact location of any disputed district boundary line shall be determined by the Planning Board.
§ 530-23 Vacated streets.
Where a vacated street is bounded on either side by different districts, the former center line of the vacated right-of-way shall be considered the district boundary line.
