Commercial communication towers	The height of the tower or the length of the guy wire, whichever is greater, to the property line of an existing or future residential district or use. Measurement shall begin from the location of the tower, including anchors.
Open air recreation uses	200' to residential district property line
Cannabis business (non-residential use groups PP. through UU. in Chapter 155, Appendix E: Table 5).	200' to schools or attractions within public parks regularly used by minors including playgrounds and athletic fields. Such distance shall be measured property line to property line.
