Violations of any of the requirements of this chapter shall constitute a municipal infraction, with violators subject to the provisions of Chapter 4 of this Code of Ordinances. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. The City shall be entitled to recover all out-of-pocket costs it incurs in establishing a violation of the provisions of this chapter (not including attorney fees, unless allowed by State law).
