The City is herewith divided into the following zoning districts:

A-1   Agricultural District

R-1   Residential Single-Family District

R-2   Residential Multi-Family District

MH   Mobile Home District

C-1   Central Business Commercial District

C-2   Arterial Commercial District

M-1   Light Industrial District

M-2   Heavy Industrial District

These zoning districts are established as identified on the Official Zoning Map which, together with all explanatory matters thereon, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be part of this chapter.
