Plans for all proposed uses except a one-family dwelling unit and a two-family dwelling unit (duplex) shall include areas that are designated for landscaping using natural materials. All parking lots incidental to the use shall include an additional five percent landscaped area. All landscaping shall be of natural materials compatible with local climate and vegetation and shall be continuously maintained.
