CHAPTER 18
16 ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS
§ 18.16.010 Purpose.
The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that all responsible officials have accurate and sufficient information to review all applications for building permits, variances, conditional use permits and amendments to this title.

§ 18.16.020 Application – Forms.
Application forms for building permits, variances, conditional use permits and amendments to this title shall be available in City Hall from the clerk-treasurer. These applications shall be applicable to all the provisions for such permits, variances and amendments as specified by the zoning title. All applications shall contain the following information: name, address and phone number of the applicant, legal owner of the land or parcel on which a building or use is being proposed, assessor's parcel number and/or legal description of the lot(s) or parcel(s), location of survey pins, a written description of the proposed building or use and the nature or purpose of the application (building permit, variance, conditional use or amendment).

§ 18.16.030 Application – Additional information required.
In addition to the information required on the application form, the applicant must also provide the following:

A proposed development plan showing general location of structures, their intended use, location and square footage of open space, recreation facilities, buffers, required landscaped areas and location of parking lots, storage areas or other areas of impervious surfaces and their square footage. Building plans and their vicinity maps are acceptable if square footages are indicated.

A State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) checklist must be provided with each application as required by AMC Title 16.

§ 18.16.040 Fees to be set by resolution.
The amount of any fees levied under this title shall be set by resolution of the council.
