Whenever the provisions of these regulations impose more restrictive standards than are required in or under any other statute, the provisions of these regulations shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any other statute, ordinance or regulation require more restrictive standards than are required by these regulations, the provisions of such statute, ordinance or regulation shall govern. These regulations amend and restate in its entirety the Zoning Resolution of Banks County, Georgia.

Should any article, section or provision of these regulations be declared invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declarations shall not affect the validity of these regulations as a whole or any part thereof which is not specifically declared to be invalid or unconstitutional

These regulations shall take effect and be in force from and after adoption by the Board of Commissioners of Banks County, Georgia, the public welfare demanding it.
