An appeal from the following final decisions of the Board of Adjustment may be taken to the Township Committee, provided that such appeal shall be made within ten (10) days of the date of publication of such final decision of the municipal agency. Said appeal shall be made in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-17.

All other decisions of the Planning Board and the Board of Adjustment shall be deemed final and shall not be appealable to the Township Committee.
