Those portions and provisions of this chapter pertaining to the Pinelands Area shall take effect immediately after passage and publication in the manner provided by law, filing of two (2) certified copies with the Ocean County Planning Board, and certification by the Pinelands Commission pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:50-3.31-3.44.
