This Zoning Code of the Village of Bartlett, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance 2025-124, passed December 16, 2025 and resolution 2024-78-R, passed August 20, 2024. Ordinances and resolutions of the Village adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions of this Zoning Code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the Village office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the Zoning Code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
