The restrictions, limitations, and requirements provided for in this chapter are in addition to, and not in limitation of, any restrictions, limitations, and/or requirements benefiting or exercisable by any person, class of persons, or corporation and derived from or through any contract, deed, or covenant preexisting this chapter.
