The council of the town of Beaux Arts Village hereby finds that the ordinance codified in this chapter is consistent with the town's comprehensive plan.

State Environmental Policy Act. The ordinance codified in this chapter does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement is not required. The town adopts the determination of nonsignificance and environmental checklists associated with the ordinance specified in subsection (1) of this section.
