This Land Development Ordinance amends and replaces in its entirety "Chapter XIX: The Land Development Ordinance of the Township of Blairstown." Moreover, any and all remaining sections of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of Blairstown which contain provisions contrary to the provisions of this Land Development Ordinance are hereby repealed.

If any section, paragraph, subsection, clause or provision of this Land Development Ordinance shall be adjudged by the courts to be invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subsection, clause or provision so adjudged and the remainder of this chapter shall be deemed valid and effective.

This Land Development Ordinance may be amended from time to time by the Township Committee after the appropriate referrals, notices, hearings and other requirements of law. In amending this chapter, the Township specified in the Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.).
