This Code constitutes a publication of the general and permanent ordinances of the City of Boiling Spring Lakes, North Carolina.

Source materials used in the preparation of the publication were the City Code, as updated through August 1, 2023, and subsequent ordinances. The source of each new section is included in the history note appearing in parentheses at the end thereof. The absence of such a note indicates that the section is part of the 2018 Code. By use of the comparative tables appearing in the back of this publication, the reader can locate any section of the Code, as updated.
