CHAPTER 18
35 DOWNTOWN DESIGN STANDARDS
§ 18.35.010 Document adopted by reference.
The city hereby adopts by reference that document titled "Downtown Bonney Lake Design Standards, July 2007." These downtown design standards shall have the same force and effect as if they were published in full in this municipal code. The city clerk shall sign and file with the adopting ordinance codified in this chapter a copy of the downtown design standards adopted by reference herein and shall also file and maintain in the city clerk's office at least one copy of such standards in the form in which they were adopted for use and examination by the public.

§ 18.35.020 Downtown design standard amendments.
The adopted design standards identified in BLMC § 18.35.010, which are on file with the city clerk, are amended, as identified below:
A.
Section 5.2, Landscaping, Fences, and Retaining Walls.

2012 Amendment: Selective portions of this section of the downtown design guidelines are amended as described in Exhibit "A" to Ordinance No. 1454.

2020 Amendment: Selective portions of this section of the downtown design guidelines are amended as described in Exhibit "B" to Ordinance No. 1634.
