§ 153.10
LIABILITY.
No individual, including members of the City Council, Board of Adjustment, Zoning Commission or Zoning Administrator, or any other city employee, who acts in good faith and without malice in the performance of duties assigned by these regulations, shall be held liable for errors or omissions in their administration.
