§ 153.03
AUTHORITY.
In Montana, the statutory authority for incorporated cities and towns to enact and administer zoning codes is set forth in MCA Title 76, Chapter 2, Part 3. All regulations, standards, and procedures prescribed herein are found to be consistent with the provisions of Montana Code Annotated (MCA) Title 76, Chapter 2, Part 3.
