1100.01.

The governing body may from time to time on its own motion, on petition from a property owner, or on recommendation of the planning commission amend the regulations and districts herein established. All amendments shall be screened by the City Engineer and then forwarded to the planning commission for its review, comments, and recommendations to the governing body.

1101.01.

No change in regulations, restrictions, or district boundaries shall become effective except after a public hearing as provided by state law or, in the absence thereof, as provided by municipal ordinance or order of municipal governing authority.

1103.01.

A fee of $50.00 shall be paid by the applicant for each zoning petition, special exception, or variance for amendment to the zoning regulation to cover the cost of legal publication and processing.
