1500.01.

Until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal.

1500.02.

Until otherwise provided by the municipal governing authority the same schedule of fees as applies to applications for building permits under the municipal building code shall apply to applications for zoning permits hereunder. Only one fee shall be charged for simultaneous or combination applications for building and zoning permits.

1501.01.

In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this ordinance shall be held to be minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of public health, safety, morals, or general welfare.

1501.02.

Wherever the requirements of this ordinance are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, ordinances, deed restrictions, or covenants, the most restrictive, or that imposing the higher standards, shall govern.

1502.01.

Whenever a violation of this ordinance occurs or is alleged to have occurred, any person may file a written complaint. Such complaint stating fully the causes and basis thereof shall be filed with the building inspector. He shall record properly such complaint, immediately investigate, and take action thereon as provided by this ordinance. (See 700.02.)
