The boundaries of these districts and classes of districts are hereby established on a map entitled "Zoning Map of the Village of Brownville," dated January 2004, which is hereby declared to be a part of this chapter.[1]
The Official Zoning Map, which shall be located in the office of Village Clerk, shall be the final authority as to the current zoning status of lands, buildings, and other structures and uses in the Village.
Boundaries indicated as parallel to or extensions of features indicated in Subsection A(1) through A(3) shall be so construed. Distances not specifically indicated on the Zoning Map shall be determined by the scale of the map.
Where a district boundary line divides a lot in single ownership, existing at the time of enactment of this chapter, the use authorized on and the district requirements of the least-restricted portion of such lot shall be construed as extending to the entire lot, provided that such extension shall not include any part of the lot which is more than 50 feet from the district boundary line.
