"R-80" Country Residential Two Acre Zoning District

A.
This option is provided for the developer who wants to maintain a country lane setting.
1.
No lot will be smaller than eighty thousand (80,000) square feet.
2.
The road frontage for any lot will be no less than one hundred fifty (150) feet.
3.
Individual lot sewer systems are required as a minimum. Individual lot sewer systems are to be installed and maintained as to be in compliance with the BOCA National Building Code adopted and in effect within the City of Byrnes Mill.
4.
Storm sewers and sidewalks are not required.
5.
The minimum paved roadway is twenty (20) feet in width, either concrete or asphalt. No parking on paved roadways.
6.
All other requirements for "R-1" zoning apply.
