5.3

Parking spaces required

Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with table 5.1. For any use not listed in the table, the standards for the most similar use shall be applied. The county shall determine the required number of spaces by classifying the unlisted use as similar to a use specified in table 5.1. In making the determination, any evidence of actual parking demand for similar uses shall be considered as well as other reliable traffic engineering and planning information that is available.
