The boundaries of the various districts shall be shown on the map accompanying and hereby made part of this title. Unless otherwise indicated, district boundaries are the center lines of streets or alleys as shown on said map. If streets and alleys vary from the showing of the same on said map, as the same are actually used, the designations on said map shall apply as said streets and alleys are actually used.
