No building shall be erected in the town of Cathlamet without first obtaining a building permit from the town clerk. (Ord. 369 § 13, 1995)

All applications for permits for erection of structures or for additions to structures shall contain plats or maps, drawn to scale, showing the actual dimensions of the lot to be used, and the size and location of buildings thereon and buildings to be built or enlarged. The clerk shall collect fees for licensing pursuant to the Washington Building Code adopted by the town. (Ord. 369 § 13, 1995)
