The Public Parking District shall be an area set aside for the purpose of parking vehicles when approved and under the control of the Village of Cedarhurst, and shall include such areas as used by the Village prior to the enactment of this article and any subsequent area set aside for public parking.

Public parking areas shall be and are hereby established in the following district areas:
