Active sale hours shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All evidence of the yard-sale activity and/or yard-sale items shall be appropriately covered in its entirety or temporarily stored inside before and after the permitted hours of active sale activity. The purpose of this Subsection O(2) is to prevent the evidence of the yard-sale activity and/or yard-sale items from being an attractive nuisance to persons while the yard sale is not active during the evening hours.
Tower-based wireless communications facilities outside the rights-of-way on any land owned by the Borough, county, school district, state or federal government.
Light manufacturing accessory to a permitted restaurant or retail use.

§ 300-32 Area, width, coverage and yard regulations.
Every building hereafter erected or used exclusively for dwelling purposes shall comply with the area and height requirements prescribed for the Moderate-Density Residential District.
Lot area and width. Every lot shall have a minimum width at the building line of 60 feet and a minimum area of 6,000 square feet. Any building occupied by two or more family units shall have a lot area of not less than 625 square feet per family.
Yards. Yards of the following minimum sizes shall be provided, and such yards may be used for the purpose of meeting off-street parking and loading requirements:
Side yard: two, five feet in depth. If the business district adjoins a residential district, then a side yard of not less than 10 feet in width shall be required on the side of the lot which adjoins the residential district.
