Within the LB Zone, no lot or structure shall be used, and no structure shall be erected or altered to be used, in whole or in part, unless it complies with Schedule I and the following permitted uses:
A. Agricultural uses as permitted in the R-1, R-2, R-3, R-5 and R-10 Zones.

B. Business, medical, and professional offices, including banks and telephone exchanges. The conversion of single-family dwellings into business and professional offices is permitted.

D. Customary accessory uses and structures which are clearly incidental to the principal structure or use.
E. Upper-story apartments, provided that a minimum of 20% of the total number of units shall be set-aside for very-low-, low- and moderate-income units if they are for sale or for rent.

F. Nursery schools on lots of not less than five acres.
G. Single-family dwellings in existence as of the date of the enactment of this ordinance. Such dwellings are hereby permitted to be expanded or reconstructed.

H. Contractor and storage yards in existence as of the date of the enactment of this ordinance, provided such existing use is continued without change or discontinuance of the use. The use shall be presumed to have been discontinued if the active use of the land or building is abandoned or physically modified to preclude the existing use. Such uses are hereby permitted to be expanded so long as no different nonconforming use is proposed.

I. Retail uses in existence as of the date of the enactment of this ordinance, provided such existing use is continued without change or discontinuance of the use. The use shall be presumed to have been discontinued if the active use of the land or building is abandoned or physically modified to preclude the existing use. Such uses are hereby permitted to be expanded so long as no different nonconforming use is proposed.
