An application will be classified as “inactive” when the applicant has not adequately responded within one hundred eighty (180) days to submittal items required by staff for further processing as provided in an incomplete letter. The Director shall determine when an application is in an “inactive status” and thirty (30) day extensions may be granted at the discretion of the Director.
